You should be careful when choosing your real estate agent in North Cyprus as in any other country around the world. Do not choose based on the name or website, visit the island and spend a day or two going around to as many of the real estate agents as is possible and find the one that you're most comfortable with and with a good knowledge of North Cyprus, its developers, construction companies, and legalities involved, then ask some of the local expatriates and they'll be more than happy to assist you with any stories they might have in who is reputable and who should be avoided completely.
