When buying any property abroad there's always a certain amount of stress that goes into choosing the country, then the location of the property and a whole host of questions.

First and foremost after deciding where to buy and what to buy would be - Which builders provide the best quality in the specified country, then the legal costs involved in purchasing a home there and ofcourse the electric, water and gas suppliers and most importantly who will be managing my home while I am back in my home country.
